Hi, I’m Brandi! I’m one of the orthodontic assistants here, and I’ve had the privilege of being part of this practice since 2007. Over the years, I’ve loved watching our patients grow, gain confidence, and achieve smiles they’re proud of. Being able to make a positive impact on someone’s day is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I graduated from Trinity High School and went on to play collegiate volleyball at Robert Morris University. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Justin, our daughter, Mya, and our two dogs and cat. Family is a huge part of my life, and I love making memories with them whenever I can. I’m grateful to have spent so many years helping create beautiful smiles, and I look forward to meeting you and being part of your smile journey!

Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, I’m Ayrel! I’m one of the orthodontic assistants here, and I’ve been part of the team since I was 17 years old. Growing up in this practice has allowed me to build lasting relationships with our patients and their families, and I love getting to be part of helping create confident, healthy smiles. One of my favorite things about my job is watching patients’ transformations and celebrating their progress along the way. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Michael, whom I married in 2016, and our two children, Lincoln and Lainey. When I’m not with my family, you can usually find me shopping, spending time with our dogs, or making memories with the people I love most. I’m grateful to be part of your smile journey and to help make each visit a positive experience!

Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, I’m Ally! I’m one of the orthodontic assistants here at Burns Orthodontics. I have been working for the practice since March of 2025, and I love getting to be part of our patients’ smile transformations. I attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), and graduated in 2022. One of my favorite parts of my job is helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my fiance, Carson, whom I marry July 2026, and our dog, Milo. Whether I’m with family and friends, out with Milo, or helping create beautiful smiles, I always try to bring a positive attitude and a friendly face wherever I go. I’m so excited to be part of your orthodontic journey!

Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, I’m Jade! I became part of the team in December 2025 as an orthodontic assistant and have loved learning and growing in the orthodontic field. After completing my Dental Assistant Program in March 2026, I was excited to put my skills to use helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. I enjoy the hands-on nature of orthodontics and the opportunity to make each patient’s visit a positive experience. When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me spending time with my wife, whom I married in 2023, or at home with our five cats. I enjoy the little things in life and value the connections I make both inside and outside of work. I look forward to helping make your orthodontic journey a fun and rewarding one!

Patient Care/Marketing Coordinator
Hi my name is Payje! I joined the Burns Orthodontics team in August as a Patient Care/ Marketing Coordinator. I am a recent graduate from Slippery Rock University with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. I get to combine my passion for marketing, creativity, and community involvement with the opportunity to help create positive experiences for patients and families. My goal is making every interaction with our practice feel welcoming, positive, and memorable. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my orange cat Butters. I love trying new restaurants, thrifting and yellow Redbulls. I’m excited to grow with the practice and help spread the smiles throughout our community!

Patient Coordinator
Hi, I am Alexis, I am from Washington, PA and also grew up some time in Richmond, Virginia. I live with my husband, daughter, and our two dogs. I have been with Burns Orthodontics since 2021. I love welcoming new families that are just starting treatment with us as well as building relationship with our current families. It is so exciting to see the change in the patients as they go through each appointment. Outside work you can find us at a sporting event or exploring new places in Pittsburgh.
